On Friday, August 6, 2021, I went to the store, and when I arrived, the first thing I looked for was some small chickens to put on the windowsill in the kitchen. They didn’t have any small chickens, so I just forgot about them. A day later, I was hanging a Cross in my foyer and I needed a larger nail. It was too hot to go outside, into our storage shed, so I went into our spare bedroom, looked around, and I decided to open the top drawer of my makeup table. In that drawer was a small, white, plastic box. I opened it, and I found some long nails, hooks, and some small jewelry tools. Out of curiosity, I looked a little deeper and guess what I found, wrapped in plastic? Two multicolored, glass chickens about 3 1/2″ tall. They were exactly what I wanted. I smiled and said, “Thank you!” to the Lord.
When you stop and lovingly focus on God, He will show you how lovingly He is focused on you.
